Terms of Service

By accessing and using SUI Lab Token Creator (the Service), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

SUI Lab Token Creator provides a platform for creating and deploying fungible tokens on the SUI blockchain. Our services include:

• Token creation with custom parameters
• Smart contract deployment to SUI blockchain
• Token burning functionality
• Integration with SUI wallets

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating tokens
• Maintain the security of your wallet and private keys
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not create tokens that infringe on intellectual property rights
• Not create tokens intended to defraud or mislead users

Our Service charges the following fees:

• Token Creation: 6 SUI per token
• Token Burning: 3 SUI per burn operation

All fees are payable in SUI tokens and are non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. Additional network gas fees may apply and are separate from our service fees.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All transactions are executed on the SUI blockchain and are irreversible
• We do not control the SUI blockchain and cannot reverse transactions
• Transaction times and costs may vary based on network conditions
• You are responsible for ensuring accuracy before confirming transactions

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Security of transactions

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of funds due to user error or negligence
• Hacking or security breaches of user wallets
• Fluctuations in cryptocurrency values
• Regulatory changes affecting token usage
• Third-party services or integrations

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by SUI Lab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Tokens created through our Service belong to the creator. However, the underlying smart contract code and platform infrastructure remain our property.

You may not use the Service to:

• Create tokens that violate any laws or regulations
• Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
• Create securities without proper registration
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Impersonate other projects or entities
• Manipulate markets or engage in pump-and-dump schemes
• Create tokens designed to scam or defraud users

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Tokens already created will remain on the blockchain as blockchain transactions are permanent.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SUI Lab operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
